I totally understand what you are going through.... Every part of it. I've only just begun trying ashwaghanda and haven't yet tried any of the others except Ginger, which by the way often helps me when I'm in the middle of a crash.
I think that one of the most detrimental parts of the Lam protocol is the fear that gets instilled. I think it's important to be aware of the possibilities, but talking about crashing all the time is dangerous for a sensitive person. Anyhow, crashing is a part of things when you have advanced AF, and of course you want to avoid it, but one thing that you've learned from them that will be an asset to you is how to carefully dose supplements--- how to do things a little at a time. I know that that part doesn't really go hand in hand with the jump in head first attitude around here, but I think it's a gift when you are sensitive. So, be full of care instead of full of fear and try things slowly. Take your time and you will be fine. But I can absolutely assure you that you know your body way better than the Lam's do and you've learned from them what there is to learn (some of which will certainly be useful).
