Re: Going to try to heal adrenals on my own, a little scared...

Hi Healthyartist!

Right now, in my current state (which has been going on for about two weeks, before, I was not this bad), I don't do any exercise. The level that gets me tired is walking quickly to the train station, including up and down stairs, about 5-10 minute walk. But I live in New York and I walk quicker than anyone else I've ever met here, ha.
When this happens I'm not out of breath, but literally i feel my energy draining from my head down to my feet. Hmm. Especially going up stairs.
I think I have to be careful of fainting when I feel like this. I could be anemic, possibly? In fact, pretty sure I am, in addition to the other issues. its' very pale under my lower eyelid.

I can certainly go to the store although when I haven't had more than say, 5 or 6 hours of sleep, I really don't WANT to do anything, but if I have to, yes, I can do a number of things. I can work, but work drains me and drains me if I am forced to do it when feeling poorly.

I know I said I don't do exercise - I do only adrenal yoga that the Lams prescribed me and I enjoy the gentle exercise immensely.

Thank you Artist, it encourages me that we're both heading towards a natural path!
