Sounds like you are doing great!! I need to do a raw diet for a while. I kid around but my diet is pretty clean.
For when I juice 100% I bought an excalibur dehydrator. I LOVE IT! I make raw protein bars using the rest of the carrots, apples, celery and cucumber from juicing. You can't do that if you are resting your digestive tract, but I am not. I mix it with nut butters and protein powder, Then dehydrate it a while, Good stuff!
