Re: A few thoughts on water...

>>"Common sense to me is to control what goes into my body and emulate nature as best as possible."<<

For you, that apparently means distilled water.

>>"Steam distilled water is the closest thing to rain water, dew, and water content found in fruit, so in essence, similar purification processes do occur in nature. Unfortunately, we do not live in a world/environment where we can healthily drink rain water..."<<

I have already stated that *rainwater" is full of impurities such as dust and bacteria... even if it was harvested from the clouds, or, fell through pure, unpolluted skies it would be, albeit to a lesser extent.

Dew - forms on plants with all kinds of dust, dirt, animal waste, and bacteria, and fungi on its leaves\stems... it is also found to be from moisture within the plant itself and not just atmospheric.

The water in fruit\plants is not pure... is the *water*in your body equivalent to distilled? What about the nitrogen waste, among other things, in your lymph fluid, breath, sweat, and urine to name a few?

If I juiced a piece of fruit or a vegetable, is the *water* in it *pure* or is it filled with other things that would give it color and nutritional value?

In addition, what about other contaminants picked up from polluted air, water and soil?

>>"The important issues are contamination removal and hydrogen donating potential (something spring water does very poorly)."<<

We need oxygen donating potential as well... given the yin and yang of health, some may find some benefit in using distilled water for a time... but not indefinitely IMO.

>>"Why not? You just stated distilled water naturally wants to move to equilibrium (restructure itself). Because of this we cannot call it distilled? Are you saying I have to drink it straight from a condensation coil to say I drink distilled water??"<<

I did say that if you wish to start with distilled that is fine by me. I have no problem with it... and restructuring is great. However, to think that humans could emulate structuring water as it would be structured in nature would be a huge stretch.

Water will restructure itself in time if left exposed to the atmosphere, magnetic fields, ion production of the earth, while running over soil and rocks... moving.

I am not disagreeing *at all* with what *you* are choosing to do. You have the freedom to choose whatever you believe to be the very best course of action for yourself... as long as you are willing to stand up and accept responsibility for the consequences of your actions as well.
