if you believe in the structure theories then purified water is perhaps the absolute best choice, and for many, the only choice because tap, municipal, or purchased spring waters are unreliable -- polluted, too alkaline, and potentially filled with poor structure or bad energy.

more importantly, however, is the cellular hydration and flushing of toxins from inside the cells of the body -- the whole purpose of water. distilled water is superior in this regard because it is the most hydrogen donating of any type of water. high TDS water (mineral rich alkaline water) I believe traps electrons from transferring, thus limits cellular hydration.

so i continue to believe distilled water is best (at least as a starting point or raw material), and it's long term use vital for health and longevity. the notion of then adding good energy (structure) to it, also makes a lot of sense to me.
