I looked it up to be certain, and Threelac contains only 3 live bacteria strains as opposed to 14 in Renew Life. This makes the Renew Life probiotic over four times stronger than Threelac. Try it if you want to, but I've never read that anyone completely cured their Candida with Threelac, other than in the ads on the Internet, which I don't count.
I took Threelac initially for about two months, it seemed to lessen the symptoms for around three weeks, after which I received zero results from it so I discontinued using it.
