Re: Candidiasis - On a boat.
Taking antifungals to kill the Candida and feeding them at the same time is a lot like shooting your enemy and then sending your own medics to doctor him up so that he can shoot at you again.
If you can live on eggs, salads, fresh vegetables, avocados, and chicken a few times a week (without sauce, you can dig the inside meat out and just eat that part), you may have a chance at fighting Candida. Think more about what you can eat instead of what you can't while on the ship, the list will be shorter and easier to memorize.
You may want to purchase some organic coconut oil to take with you, a few spoonfuls a day can work wonders with Candida. It's easy to become constipated with Candida, if this happens the oil of oregano can help. You'll need to take a pure
Sea Salt along because most all regular salts, such as Mortons
table salt , contains Dextrose which will feed the Candida. Look at the ingredients in your toothpaste; if it contains a
Sugar alcohol, then it’s feeding the Candida.
The idea is to stop feeding what's there, use a few antifungals to get rid of the huge overload, and rebuild the beneficial flora with some good pro and prebiotics, this will also kill some of the Candida, and rebuild your system making it Candida-unfriendly.
You'll probably have die-off with the diet and the antifungals, but there are two fine products that will greatly lessen the effects. One is called "Molybdenum" and the other one is "Candidate from Native Remedies". Amazon carries both products, and trust me when I say they'll be a life saver, especially if you're trying to work.
Good luck, Helmax
