The information I found on your probiotic stated 40 billion per sachet. One statement claimed four strains, but then the information only named three. You wrote that yours was 10-15 count, so maybe I was reading about a different one. Anyway, to show you the comparison, I cured my Candida with a probiotic called Ultimate Flora Critical Colon BifidoMAX with a count of 80 Billion and the total number of strains was 14.

I took two of these a day, morning and night making a total of 160 billion a day, or at least four times what you have. The 14 strains were the most I was able to find at the time, but it worked, I cured the Candida in less than two weeks once I started doing this. I had suffered from Candida for over six months without a complete cure until I added this huge amount of probiotics, but I remained 100% on the diet the entire time, so I guess that’s part of why it happened so fast.

You have no choice but to take yours for the time being, but as soon as you have a chance, I’d get a stronger one for sure.
