No, I didn’t take four a day; I took two a day, one in the morning and one at night. Sorry, I should have made that clearer.

Unless I’m mistaken, Threelac contains only three strains of bacteria, thus the name, but the Renew Life contains 14 different strains, which is definitely more beneficial to fighting a Candida infestation, in my opinion. At least it worked for me
