No problem Helmax, I appreciate your advice. I'm on a 30 meter Private boat.. so lots of food, but not regular access to fresh produce except fruit from the islands.
We ran out of eggs after 5 days on the last trip because one of the guest had wanted eggs for breakfast and his wife did this raw egg coffee thing 3 times a day, and unfortunatly, guests get priority over my egg needs. :(
Yes coconuts will be numerous! I'll make them a staple.

The probiotics I have are Lactibiane. It has 5-10 billion count. There is also another "prebiotic" called Biofilm which is the same brand which apparently helps the probiotics get to where they need to go.
The biofilm is a sachet I dissolve in water and the probiotics are capsules i have to keep in the fridge.

We also make our own yogurt everyday, so i'll be able to munch on that too.
