Re: Blastocystis hominis and co-trimoxazole (Bactrim)

Of course, I’m not planning to mix Bactrim with whatever medicine but I will try to obtain Diloxinide and Secnidazole. I have two small question.

- the co-trimoxazole doctor prescribed be is the same as bactrim or septrin isn’t it? (just to make sure)

- do you think I should add doxycycline as well? D. Fragilis didn’t show up for me but I only had two stool tests done and I’m afraid for false negative results (considering BH and DF have found to accompany each other a lot). Coralreef, what did you do?
