Re: Water sits heavy in stomach
Before all of this i was training 6 days a week, my boodwork during that time showed normal testosterone and high free T. High mercury (on a scale of 1-15) it was 15.8, My hemoglobin and hematocrit i believe were very high just showing how intense the aerobic exercise was (boxing). I felt amazing and was the most muscular and healthy i'd ever been, and was preparing to have my 1st fight. (i never used any steroids or artificial workout supplements).
At the end of the summer i got sick, it started in september. I think the amount of training suppressed my immune system and lead me susceptible to some parasite.
Anyway thats the before.
The recent is, my total testosterone on the last blood test which was sent to a precise lab in california is 1/6 what it used to be, my t3 was low and t4 low-normal. My progesterone was low, my cortisol was low (my naturopathic doc said i had adrenal fatigue in late stages). So i had 0 sex drive, very tired, low blood sugar, muscle weakness, and a strange
Depression gloom. I stopped working out, ate lots of nourishing foods, green juices and grass fed meat until the adrenal symptoms lessened then went back to light workouts.
Now i am still experiencing the symptoms of low testosterone but to a lesser degree, i find it much harder to keep muscle on, i'm still very lean (probably below 10%) but i am holding water around my stomach (not usual for me, but this was much more noticeable when the adrenal fatigue was roaring). My skin hair and nails are perfect, my weight is steady, my energy is not bad, it really is sapped immediately after diarrhea.
No other infections, i believe the origin of my problems is the stomach dysbiosis, inflammation sprang from that, adrenal fatigue sprang from that and the abuse i put my body through in the boxing gym. Its odd that throughout these 10 months, i've had no infection, no cold, and my family has had several including a stomach virus that i never got.
...Hope that wasn't to much >.<
