Thanks for responding...I really am excited to get all these pieces in place to establish as simple and healthy a lifestyle as possible in such toxic times, and I think this is a big piece. I will try to break my tucked leg(s) habit but unless I can find a shorter chair that will be a tough one, lol...
I am also looking into "positive ion poisoning" which seems to dovetail nicely with the whole "body electric" idea that grounding is based on. So amazing how some of our greatest adversaries to optimum health are those that are unseen yet in hindsight are often so basic and simple once you finally stumble upon them.
