Just a quick follow up since it's been about a week now - I definitely am sleeping better while using the sheet (although I thought I read somewhere that earthing would also help tight neck muscles relax, and I am still waiting to see results there).
I have been using the mat daily on my office chair--I tuck my bare feet up under me to try to keep a connection although it is helpful to know that the mat is stronger and may be even more effective than originally understood.
