these are not good seeds. Nor is this a good way to get salt--it's too much salt. (But don't swing the other way to "no salt") All the goodness in the seeds is absent, and the salt is not natural whole salt, most likely.

Consider instead, getting the raw seeds, soaking them and sprouting them. Even just for a few hours. You might also want to try the pate that I am almost *living on* these days, now that it's summer weather. It's very simple. Thread is above this one.
