Re: Therapeutic Dry Fast
I am sorry for such a long delay in my response. I did not know how this forum works. Never got any notifications regarding messages, so I thought my posts went unnoticed...:)
I am currently on my 6th day of my 11 day dry fast. I feel fine. Get a little dizzy if I get up too quick after laying down. That's a circulation thing. I am not worried about it too much.
One of the keys for me has been going vegetarian for a few days before I start dry fasting. I also think that maybe my body is agreeable with this particular type of fast, since I never get dark urine or any other symptoms other people get. In fact my urine is barely yellow.
My suggestions for you if you want to continue with dry fasting is to do cascadian dry fasting: 1 day on 1 day off, 2 days on 2 days off, 3 days on 3 days off, 4 days on 4 days off, 5 days on and 5 days off. Generally Dr. Filonov does not recommend to go beyond 7 days of dry fast at home. I am just a dare devil I guess...:)
Please let me know if you have any questions. And come visit us on www. fastingconnection.com. More and more people are starting to dry fast on this site and I am an Administrator of the Forum for Dry Fasting as of this weekend..:)
