First let me say that I come with 18 years of dry fasting and I think I know a little about fasting. Second it is CUREZONE's policy not to allow links of self promotion on the forum, not mine.

The OP plainly states that the blog is "his 40 days journey" and the blog asks for donations.

His type of fasting is unhealthy and to promote such a fast is against what I would recommend. Now if you want to follow him then I suggest you do that and then I suggest maybe you need to calm down, hehehhehe.
