Re: Blog Promotion Mainly
Oh Sara, reckless Sarah...
Where to begin with you?
First of all, I don't think fastician owns the Fasting Connection blog or website or whatever you call it. Therefore I don't think she will benefit from any donations there. What I think, and correct me if I'm wrong, is that they used this website as a convenient place to relate their experience.
Is it OK with you if we post a link to Wikipedia? Or perhaps to Webster's dictionary?
How about a link to the LA Times if they had a pertinent article?
Next you, without any qualification, make the ridiculous statement "As you know many have died from water fasting."
I don't know anybody who has died FROM WATER FASTING.
You're really advertising your ignorance. People do not die of water fasting. It's just that simple.
There are many people who can keep up a fairly physical lifestyle with dry fasting. Fonty who used to frequent the
Water Fasting forum gave testimony of doing a 2 week dry fast and kept up with his martial arts training. There are many stories of strenuous dry fasts in the Bible, if you believe it. Moses did a 40 day dry fast on the top of Mt. Sinai and then hiked down the mountain carrying the stone tablets with the ten commandments only to see the nation of Israel in idolatry. He then hiked back up, unnourished, and did an additional 40 days. Jesus dry fasted 40 days in the wilderness, of which I'm sure he wasn't laying in bed. Paul spent two weeks at sea in peril with an entire ship of sailors who had not eaten or drank anything for two weeks. They all the while were tending the ship.
I'm very disappointed in your propaganda.
