All I can say is that I have been through some hard times in my life. It has been during those times that the Lord showed Himself strong to me. I had to depend totally on Him as I had nowhere else to turn. At first it was scary, but as I saw him provide miracle after miracle it became exciting. I was no longer scared and I knew He was taking good care of me. Things happened that could not have been a coincidence. That is now one personal proof that I have that there really is a God. He had to take everything from me to get me to wake up.  I expect the same thing will happen during the end times for many. Even though some will face death for their beliefs they will face it without fear knowing that they are truly in the hands of a loving God.
