I am looking into ways to keep candida from morphing into its fungal mycelial form. However, I am also wondering if the fungal form of candida, when it reproduces, reproduces straight into more fungal candida? If that's the case, isn't it pointless to try to keep candida from changing form?
On the other hand, if fungal candida reproduces into yeast form, which then turns again into fungal form, making an effort to keep the yeast form from morphing would be worthwhile..
