I agree, the FAQs need work, the bulk of that was put together in one 18 hr day a few years ago by yours truly(with much-needed organizational help from an anonymous angel).

I guess that I could look at it as a work of sheer genius. The lack of critical information and overemphasis on non-critical info FORCES people to search for answers:)
