Re: my arsenal vs candida.

In my personal experience, Miracle-Mineral-Supplement did next to nothing for my candida, at least directly. I judged this by the quality of my bowel movements, which remained virtually unchanged throughout my use of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . One of the more well known Miracle-Mineral-Supplement -expert doctors (I forget his name but he is a younger guy with several videos on YouTube) also shares my view that MMS doesn't do all that much for candida itself.

As I've stated before though, MMS was by far and away the best thing I tried for ridding myself of parasites and chronic viral/bacterial infections. Without MMS I am sure I would never have made the progress I have made up til now against candida, since my immune system was too weighed down dealing with the parasites and infections to be able to lift a finger toward regulating candida growth.

If I had to choose two things that have been the most useful in killing off candida itself, I would have to pick Candex and oil of oregano.
