Ok, cool. I have read that one before but thanks for sharing again.

But he doesn't fully answer my question of requirement for more magnesium if we take more Iodine.
He says that you have to have the mag to help the calcium pump work right. and you have to have the Iodine to make the delta-iodolactone.

But he doesn't say that if you take Iodine you will need more magnesium.

I feel like there is a missing piece here, or maybe they don't know.

what does the delta-iodolactone do?
I tried looking at another Abraham paper and couldn't find it.

Perhaps more iodolactone requires the need for more mag?
