Cramping has been a concern of mine also, but I am sick-to-death of trying to figure out how much of

However, in response to your thread, and WHY I'm responding what I am - didn't I read somewhere that, the more food-combinations we eat the more need for us to supplement more things? IOW, the more we eat (that isn't necessary and just causes more digestive-energy) creates a need for us to supplement
more?
That is to say, the simpler diet we eat, the better off we are? IOW, the less we eat (as long as it is nutrient dense) creates a need for us to supplement
less?
