Re: More Iodine requires more magnesium???

I think this very question of yours is why I'm pushing myself more and more into a cleancleanclean diet.

Cramping has been a concern of mine also, but I am sick-to-death of trying to figure out how much of this supplement? How much of that added mineral?

I need to simplify. The more raw I go, the better off I am.

That's me and MY need - it may not be yours.

However, in response to your thread, and WHY I'm responding what I am - didn't I read somewhere that, the more food-combinations we eat the more need for us to supplement more things? IOW, the more we eat (that isn't necessary and just causes more digestive-energy) creates a need for us to supplement more?

That is to say, the simpler diet we eat, the better off we are? IOW, the less we eat (as long as it is nutrient dense) creates a need for us to supplement less?
