Re: We can not be 0 carbohydrates

Just take a look at the long term effects of high meat. It is proven over and over that high meat consumers live much shorter lives. This is coming from someone who used to be an advocate of a high raw meat/fat diet. Through much research it seems the healthiest diet for most is vegetables with low Sugar fruits and lots of good fats.
Look at the eskimos for example, they do not live long at all. Also read up on the China study.

The truth is that meat makes your body produce more insulin than carbs, and arnt we supposed to try to normalize blood Sugar with candida? The whole plan is just contradictary in my mind. Also I have researched candida and the candida diet for hundreds of hours, and it is my conclusion that the high meat diet does work. What does work in easy to digest foods and normalizing digestion, which has many complex factors. Take it leave it.
