Red Meat in moderation is fine. It needs to be slow cooked and tender. Fish and chicken are easier to digest than red meat/pork. People that have weak digestion might want to eat more fish/ chicken. Even when I had beggining stages of candida.. fruit seemed to cause flare ups. Grains cause bad foggyness as well. Seems like the low GI Diet works the best for the majority of candida patients. The raw fruit and veggie seems to work for the extreme minority. Raw fruits and veggies might be hard with people that have comprimised digestive system.
