Re: It IS low stomach acid. Also, some Qs for Motif...

When I was in that place, where it seemed I couldn't eat anything without reacting, I lost over a stone and Im svelte anyway. It was such a scary time! My levels of anxiety were unreal.
I found that sweet potatoes really were a saving grace. I survived solely on them for about a month, and then tiny bits of tinned salmon (with no added Sugar or trace sugars.) Those salmon tins are v difficult to find..it seems trace Sugar is added to EVERYTHING! I even bought jars of babyfood to try and get some nutrients.
After that I introduced whole, organic fennel, which was great for my stomach.
After a while I was able to eat brown rice again, without reacting! *Sigh* Boy, was I thrilled that day!
Now my diet is really coming on...Ive added more veg and even tried liver (though Ive been a vegetarian for 14years!?)...
Everyone here will no doubt agree that we'd try anything, right?! :)
I add a lot of herbs to my rice and mix in pureed veg. I also add lecithin and plenty of sea-salt.
I find that Solgar vits in general don't work for me. They contain too many bulking agents. I order from 'Pure Encapsulations' and thy have no fillers or binders..ace!
I'm trying Maca at the mo..I think it increases energy slightly but no great change.
EFT is helping..faster EFT too...and my Hypnotherapy CD's. I'm a qualified Hypno/Psychotherapist. (Ahhh,the irony!)
