Re: Adrenal fatigue, dizziness and light-headedness
Yes, quantum is the only C from Lam that I'm still taking. I am still taking pantothine though and pantothenic acid because they really help with my sleep and my blood sugar. Otherwise, I'm not taking any of his other supps.
No, moving was a stressor and then when I first got home Dr Lam tried to wean me off of isocort and I got much much worse. But, I have been eternally greatful for being able to rest here without pressure. I have much more control over my environment as well. I lay out in the sun every day and I'm starting a little vegetable/herb garden which I've wanted forever. I breathe fresh air often and hang out with the squirrels and lizzards and racoons and blue jays and cardinals. There are a massive amount of animals here.
Anyhow, I'm much more debilitated than you are at this point and I have made some progress since I've been here but not much. After reading your response to Uny's questions I think there is a lot that you can do that will help your fatigue before you make any serious moves, but getting out of the city and into a place with fresh air and no/less polution would be a good thing... But only if the other aspects of something like that don't create more stress than staying. You have to pick your battles, ya know?
