Re: Adrenal fatigue, dizziness and light-headedness

Thanks healthyartist. Yes, the Quantum has a lot of amino acids in it, I suppose that one could buy all the free-form ones to take but who would know the proportions? It's strange. Anyway it sounds like the same thing happened for both of us. I took Amla about 5 minutes ago this morning but I think after what you said I'll take maybe half a dose of quantum as well.

I would still love to know what exactly causes the light-headedness and why these ingredients would work.
For anyone (Uny? anyone else) who would know the other ingredients are calcium and magnesium, lysine, fructooligosaccharides, citrus bioflavanoids, proline, malic acid, glycine, carnitine, glutamine, ornithine, arginine, and pine bark extract.

So it was only the quantum that you had to keep taking and not the other C supplements?

Did you move away from the city to heal, where did you go to and was there a massive improvement once you left?
