I have been thinking of buying the MethylMate with the additional nasal spray bottle for some time. Currently I am supposed to get a shot every week at my doctors. Well, getting there every week is problematic, not to mention the cost at the beginning of the year before my deductible is met. I am hoping maybe i can get the MM and use it, and maybe only get a shot once or twice a month. I tend toward very low b12 because of wls I had in 2002 (stupidly) and i just can't keep my levels up by an oral product.
