It costs $35 plus tax and shipping for the nasal spray. It is one fluid ounce. Usually people use it once or twice a day. You might inquire at one of the autism forums as to how long it lasts when used in that manner. I only use it once in a while so can't say for sure. I would guess that it would easily last a month or more. The ingredients are methyl-B12, water and potassium sorbate.
