Yes, you should always do parasite & colon cleansing together. The main feeding, breeding & hiding places of intestinal parasites is in the mucoid plaque and old fecal matter/casings in the intestines. The critters will run & hide from the herbs that are poison (and of course, you'll never get them all, if you don't remove their feeding & breeding grounds).
