Juice Fasting Re: Colon/Bowel Cleansing Re: Where to begin?

I am so happy that you are taking time to read and research so you can put a plan together.

You may have already guessed that I give a lot of "links" to information. I hope I have not overwhelmed you. I know that this forum can be hard to search so I compile LISTS of links on the different programs/protocols/subjects to make it quicker and easier.

How exciting that you are going to juice fast!!

1) When juice fasting NO food is eaten except for Superfood and sometimes a small piece of fruit in a smoothie made with fresh juice, distilled water and Superfood. (Coconut milk would be considered a food that is not to be used while juice fasting.)

Meats, dairy, grains, etc., all take 4-6 hours to be broken down, and assimilation depends upon the state of your entire intestinal tract.

You may already be educated on the importance of the kind of water you drink. It is recommended on this forum that distilled or reverse osmosis water be drank.

3) I think you are correct... Cleanse and rebuild the colon/bowel and KILL the parasites/liver flukes and flush them out.

A juice fast and vegan eating will be of great benefit.
