Re: 21y/o with eczema flare

i'm not a vegetarian, but i'm trying to limit the amount of meat i take since they're not the "organic" type of meat. i bet the meat i eat are factory farmed with lots of Antibiotics and growth hormones. and yes, i'm worried about their acidity.. so i'm trying to do a 10% meat and the rest being vegetables. i try to eat fish as they seem to be healthier than pork, beef and chicken.

i was told by the chinese physician to skip chicken for a while.

i'm asian and have grown up eating rice.. i have no idea what to substitute rice with, any suggestion? since i can't eat bread for now.. : ( it's my favourite food.

my VCO shipment will come in today, hope it'll help with my dry skin.

anyway, my rashes seems to be subsiding slowly.. could be the diet, could be the chinese medicine i'm taking (i'm sure they don't contain steroids). however my skin is still equally dry as before. hope the VCO helps!

i'll consider the NAC supplement you mentioned.. it helps with leaky gut too, if i remember correctly? i think i'll wait till my food allergy blood test before i suspect if i have leaky gut. usually people with leaky gut has multiple food allergies , and it will show up on the blood test right?
