i'm glad you found out what you were allergic to. i have no idea what i'm allergic to.. i'm just trying my luck now. the blood test i took a week ago will only be out in another 2 weeks time. i'm really at my wits end.

i limited my food intake to just vegetables and rice (i eat brown rice whenever i can but if it's not available, i'll eat white rice). i know i lack fats, i just ordered VCO, hope it'll up my good oil intake. i also ordered magnesium citrate hoping that i'll help clean my intestines more regularly.

and one more thing, i can't stop scratching at night, and that slows the healing down.

i pray to god too, asked him to give me strength to pull through this fight. : )
