21y/o with eczema flare

hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I stumbled upon this website while
looking for ways to help with me eczema.. i have had it
since I was 2, but things were never as bad as what I have now. it used to be localized on my flexures. as I grew up, it spreaded to more areas slowly.. but it wasn't until a few months ago that it got completely
out of hands.

my skin was never this dry. and the rashes were never this widespread. it used to be just a few raised bumps on my
thigh, my back, and sometimes on my face.. but now, my
whole back is covered with red skin. my legs are 75% covered with what looks like numullar eczema, but they have since merged into one big piece of raised bump. when I fall asleep I will scratch it unknowingly, so there are some wounds now as the surface skin got scratched off. there are also tiny bumps on the unscratched skin, it feels warm to touch.

I have been through 2 prednisolone course in the past 4 months, one lasts 9 days and the most recent one was 12 days. my skin was this bad before I took the steroids, I thought I should let the wounds on my
legs heal while searching for other treatments, therefore I decided to ask the dermatologist for the 2nd course of steroids. the derm also
prescribed me with cephalexin for suspected bacterial infection on my legs, but 3 days into the antibiotic, I woke up with swollen eyes. I thought I got an allergic reaction to it so I stopped on day 5. after which the swelling did not recur.

after reading so much about nutrition while I was on the steroids, I started to eat a healthier diet by cutting off meat and sugar. I eat alot of vegetables and fruits, and sometimes brown rice. it didn't seem to help. I don't know If I am allergic to any food so I stayed away from eggs, wheat, sea food, and meat.

at first I thought maybe my liver is weak and it cant detox my body well, therefore I have eruptions on my skin.. so I bought a milk thistle supplement with the hope of alleviating my eczema. I have taken it for a week and it doesn't seem to help yet. I have also taken fish oil to up my
body's omega 3.. it's been 2 months or so already and I still get super dry skin during this flare. areas that are not covered with redness is normal
though! i can't explain what's the problem with me, any of you know? why isn't the fish oil keeping my skin moisturized when the eczema flares?

I also tried consuming ACV twice a day (2 table spoon in one cup
of water and some baking soda) for 2 weeks already, it's not helping.

I have never had a problem with my scalp but for
the past week I have noticed dry skin flakes falling off. some of them are very thin while some are rather thick. I don't know why did it suddenly hit my scalp!

maybe I haven't found the root cause for my
eczema yet, and I am suspecting a candida overgrowth now. anyone with similar story as me? can you please give me some advice because I am
so lost right now, I can't do anything to alleviate the rashes. it's everywhere now, even on my face, and that stresses me out.
