You are in a bit of trouble. Get a metametrix stool test and merdian valley labs food allergy panel to see what you are up against. In my opinion supporting adrenals is necessary but you need to find out what has stressed your adrenals? Why is digestion broken? Why the constipation and toxicty?

I would go with strict candida diet + 100% gluten free diet + elimination diet. This will be a safe place for you until test results come.
