Could anyone help lead me to a a potential diagnosis?
My symptoms are:
Short term memory loss
Brain fog (just don't feel like myself - loss of emotion, can't hold conversations)
Cold hands & feet
Fast yet faint heart beat (no tolerance for exercise. heart starts racing resulting in loss of breath when walking up the stairs or moving around quickly)
Sinuses clogged
Tongue coating that's constantly changing (white to yellowish)
Super brain fog and feeling out of it when eating lots of sweets (candida)
Extreme bloating
Excessive appetite (everything tastes good when before I wouldn't even eat cake on my birthday)
Constipation (never fully empty my bowels)
Urinary problems (never fully empty my bladder)
Semen is clumpy and sticky
Intolerance to caffeine, alcohol, and marijuana (extreme anxiety and heart rate)
Never fully refreshed after sleeping (regardless of hours slept)
Hand tremors (body shakes)
Slow reflexes
Very easily startled (feels like my adrenals are releasing something they're not supposed to be)
This has been going on for close to a year. Doctors told me it was anxiety and put me on xanax which made it worse.
Candida diet and antifungals result in no die off symptoms. Did parasite cleanse.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,795,854Sounds like a classic case of candida overgrowth to me, and very similar to what I experienced for years. As for you not having any die off symptoms from antifungals, try putting 5-10 drops of oil of oregano under your tongue and letting it absorb. Judging from your symptoms, if you don't start getting drowsy and woozy after the oregano (which is a very potent antifungal), I would be very surprised.
Also, the most important question, did you take Antibiotics leading up to this? As you will read here Antibiotics is almost always the culprit.
Finally, the following have worked wonders for me: Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (amazing), Candex on a very empty stomach 2x/day; homemade kefir from organic cow's milk; and Hulda Clark 's Liver Flush (brought my brain fog from a nine on a scale of 1-10 down to a two or three after only one flush). - Re: Could anyone please help me to a... feo66

There are definitely some adrenal fatigue symptoms in there.
The exaggerated startle response is a sign of a dominant sympathetic nervous system, as are cold hands and feet.If you are still eating sweats and drinking coffee and alcohol, you are likely just starting your journey.Sweets and alcohol will send you blood sugar swinging, which is hard on your adrenal glands. Coffee is a stimulant that will make your adrenal fatigue worse.Constipation could be from magnesium deficiency, which is common, especially during the early stages of adrenal fatigue.Do you crave chocolate? This is a reply to # 1,795,854Does sound like it could fit into adrenal fatigue and having stressed adrenals can lead to a candida overgrowth. Are you under a lot of stress lately? Have you been pushing yourself to hard or have you had a major life change or crisis?

This is a reply to # 1,795,879Personally, I think that Adrenal Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Candidiasis, myalgic encephalomyelitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome etc.etc. (add infinitum) are one and the same.
The commonality of the symptoms of all these backs me up.
The medical profession needs to wise up and find a CURE and not just treat the symptoms.
Some theorise that even cancer is fungal in origin and I believe that mutation of cells by candida is key to our health problems in a profound way....
Hippocrates said that "All disease begins in the gut" and who could argue with that? A quack doctor with a stethoscope, thermometer, a set of weighing scales and blood-pressure measuring equipment might disagree!
The medical profession need a big wake-up call, undoubtedly there will be diagnostic tools in the future but until then we are suffering.

This is a reply to # 1,795,854Some of this sounds like withdrawals to me, either from the Xanax or something else.
I took antidepressants for a good long time and when I went through withdrawals the doctor prescribed Xanax which made it worse. I was addicted to that in about 1 week. I took it for 2 months then quit cold turkey. I then went through wicked withdrawals and it took a year or more before I felt normal again.
The neurons in my brain were hyper firing.(That's my own term.)
Even marijuana can cause psychosis.
If some of it is withdrawals it may seem like anything you try makes it worse.
Maybe you could look for some supplements to heal the brain starting with basic nutrients that are calming; magnesium malate or magnesium citrate, B vitamins, vitamin C. There are supplements that heal the brain after injury due to strokes and they work for many other issues going on, but some of them can be stimulating and I'm not sure if that would be best for your condition. Maybe there is something that would be suitable for you though.
Hveragerthi is knowledgeable with a lot of supplements. I think you should copy all this and repost in his forum and ask him specifically. He is quite busy though so give him sometime to respond.

This is a reply to # 1,795,854You are in a bit of trouble. Get a metametrix stool test and merdian valley labs food allergy panel to see what you are up against. In my opinion supporting adrenals is necessary but you need to find out what has stressed your adrenals? Why is digestion broken? Why the constipation and toxicty?
I would go with strict candida diet + 100% gluten free diet + elimination diet. This will be a safe place for you until test results come.

This is a reply to # 1,795,854A word of caution. Approach everything by easing into it some drastic changes can add more stress to your body. Like Feo66 says no caffeine and no Sugar is a good place to start.
What helped me for Candida, and I tried everything even cream of tartar, was homemade (not store bought) Kefir and Kombucha. Along with the Kefir I take two strong proabotics. A candida diet is too much for some people. I'm not knocking it just speaking from my experience. I have gotten feedback on here were people said that cutting down carbs too much hurt them in the journey to heal their adreanals. It gave me a headache. A candida diet is very similiar to a Keto diet. Body builders will use a Keto diet to reduce cortisol not replenish it. It will actually change the liver process and the way it burns certain foods for fuel. It's called Keotosis. Sobeman88 many be able to elaborate on that. Next question: Do you have a history that could lead to adrenal fatigue? Possibly you've got unknown stressors causing it, but more likely you are aware.
You've got signs enough to warrant doing the research into what adrenal fatigue is and how to cope with it.
Basics: Reduce stress. Do not do stimulants of any sort, nor alcohol. Get regular, restful sleep. Don't swing your blood Sugar high (sweets, carbs / big meals), and don't swing it low (skipping meals). Hydrate yourself well and add salt to your water. Add as much salt as tastes good to your food. This is a reply to # 1,795,854All the symptomology points to an immune reaction to some pathogen. Gastro problems then do the MetaMetrix test which is the best. It could well be protozoa which parasite cleanses won't touch (trust me) .... could be mycoplasma infection , could be a rogue bacteria stuck somewhere.
Do supportive nutrients, liposomal glutathione, vitamin c, vitamin d3 levels checked, vitamin A.
