Hemp simply has too much omega 6. Yes there indeed is such a thing as too much omega 6 and it is past 4% of total calories. After that point it starts removing omega 3 from the cells and thus we get more inflammation. Linoleic acid is also carcinogenic, causes oxidative stress, lowers HDL and a host of other problems. Just check Stephan's site linked to at the top of the thread. It is seriously not good stuff. Best to stick with coconut oil, ruminant fat, butter and olive oil like WAPF actually recommends.
