For the most part No...
However,
If they can be brutally honest with themselves, about what, and everything that they eat and drink, and how that makes them *feel* in all three aspects, both short and long term, then yes.
That IMO is the beauty of the ML protocol... it mixes acids and alkaline foods together that allow a person to tweak it one way or the other to find what gives them the most benefit... and if one is so inclined, it can even lead to understand which ingredient(S) is providing them with the most benefit.
For me, it was hands down the ES, BSM, Lemon and Kelp.
