They are definitely gallstones, absolutely no doubt.

They have grown from supersaturated bile which has crystallised. The bile is "old" but it may not be toxic. The term toxic bile is used loosely because although bile should be sterile it can become infected with bacteria. The waste product produced by the bacteria can cause inflammation to the intestines; hence it is described as toxic.

These sceptical posts are unwelcome, waste time and divert our energies.
A psychologist tells us that the use flawed pseudo logic is a reaction to disappointment. Our thoughts affect our moods and it is always best to look on the bright side.
