Although the moment of birth is a very impressive feat (it seems to take quite a bit of voluntary straining but this is a guys perspective) and the human body is capable of great things, it is the whole Liver Flush mechanism that boggles me as a whole not just the fact of passing large stones.
There are quite a few individuals that had tests done to the gallbladder showing large calcified stone that just moves around without being released after many Liver Flushes despite the fact that larger stones get formed outside the gallbladder in the same flush (dark green ones). And then there are those who have flushed quite a few thousands of stones adding up to few times the volume of the liver over a few flushes (yes stones do form over time and although that is feasible that you can produce so many in so little time, I believe that it isnt what its happening - I mean if that was true, then most poulation on sad diets who never have done a flush and never got out any stones than the liver would build up to a massive size at the rate some people here see stones being formed in every liver flush).

That was a good analogy though
