If you have to keep your diet stupidly simple, do it. Cut out the grains then, and see what happens. I'd also reevaluate the Intestinal Formulas to see where you're at with them, but if you feel better without the grains, then great.
As far as I know, grains can be pretty hard to digest, especially when they aren't sprouted. I've always had trouble with oat groats unless I make sure they are really soaked and brought back to life.
Awesome on the hanging with friends and dates. You sound a lot better.
And also, EFT as much as you can. Like it's your dang job. It will ease a lot of the anxiety about what's going on.
