Does sound a lot like what I went through with the candida. If I were you, I'd start fresh. Maybe take a day off of IF1 and then start IF1 at one capsule the next day. Be patient! I suffered through ALOT of unnecessary discomfort because I got impatient and jumped my dose of IF1 up. I mean, the IF1 is doing it's job. For me at least it was killing off mass candida and parasites... but you can do this slowly and WAY more comfortably.

Just look at my posts in the Candida Forum and on here the past few days. I was in the pits big time and it wasn't fun. No need to go there right now. I should mention, that since I scaled back, I feel 100% better.. and my bowels are working the best they ever have.
