ABdominal pain, probiotics? candida. neurological issues

oh ok, so i dunno even how to explain the sensations i'm getting, i'm out of touch with reality, my body gets extremely tense an i slept all day couldnt move(wasnt valium)

its like i feel like screaming/running/crying....and my signals are getting crossed, i feel like i'm about to have a seizure. an this pain from my appendix to gallbladder is so intense, its a sharp burning pain.

uny said not to do colonoscopy but i'm really consideirng it now.


I feel I need to be taking some probiotics, any good reccomendations?

I could try an make some but i dont wanna wait, is store bought kefir ok? i live in portland, or. we got alot of natural food stores here that should have good kefir.....
