Re: ABdominal pain, probiotics? candida. neurological issues

You said that you were 'beginning to feel better'... what did that entail and what changed?

As far as the gall bladder to appendix pain, I feel you there. My guess is that it was from all of the toxins and gas created by the dying off of the candida/parasites.

My advice is SIMPLICITY. Back off on the IF1 for a day or two... and then restart at ONE. Don't get impatient or anxious. You're doing your body good to find a sweet spot. If the ONE doesn't do anything, which I doubt, then go to TWO. Don't be impatient. I've been impatient, and it makes things way more uncomfortable than they need to be. Your biggest issue right now is being as stable on the benzos as possible and then getting off SLOWLY. Don't add way more to the mix by killing off a lot of junk when it can be done way more slowly and easily.

Also, keep up a gallon of pure water per day.

And, REBOUNDING. GO buy a mini trampoline and use it twice a day for 10 min. Almost EVERYTIME I do this, I have a bm afterwords. As far as strengthening your colon and peristalsis, personally I believe it's right up there with the herbs. Really fantastic.

Can't be said enough man. Keep things simple. SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE. Good food that you can handle, good juices, maybe some rebounding and the IF's in a gentle amount. DON'T MAKE YOURSELF SUFFER MORE THAN YOU NEED TO!
