I really like quinoa tabouley--have eaten tabouley that way for about 15 years. ( in fact, I thought I had invented it. lol since I never liked the wheat kind.) It IS expensive though. I don't buy it much anymore--it's more of a treat. I would think it'd be nice in nori rolls as well, and that way would be more affordable, and could be nutrient-dense as well, which is what we all need. It's really time to be making lots of cultured vegetables. I would get some burdock root and culture it, for some good housecleaning and rebuilding. (Put burdock in the nori maki.) You can put your shrimp in there too, if you want. Shrimp makes me shudder, but I do like sashimi. I have read though, that the "atlantic salmon" that are farmed and soon to be gm'd (corrsed with some species of eel gene...) have already been found "escaped" form their pens in Pacific streams and rivers. I did not know this, but Atlantic is just a name--not a location. So much for buying wild pacific salmon--I doubt they even have to be wild in the true sense. Can be wild and penned, it would seem.
