use it like you would rice... or as a hot breakfast.
Also... I use it like I would use coucous... and make quinoa tabouli.
Everyone loves it... Living in the SW US though, I use cilantro, a bit of jalapeño, garlic (just enough jalapeño and garlic for flavor) and lime rather than the parsley and lemon.
Makes a tasty difference IMO... and with the exception of the quinoa, raw.
