I make food processor salad flavoured with a tiny bit of lemon slices, with peel, garlic, ginger slices, cucumber, Celery chunks &/or cauliflower (as fillers). Whir till fine, then add small salad greens and pulse till as fine as you like.
Add good salt of your choice, a splash of olive oil, a spoonful of mayo and any fish or meat you prefer. I like thawed, cooked shrimp.
I am also looking forward to sprouting quinoa and amaranth. And I've been thinking all morning on a cornmeal spoonbread I used to make...quinoa would be great in that.
