Just wanted to update the problem with water making me more thirsty....
Didn't have any of the seaweeds listed and didn't want to wait for an online order. I did have some organic raw dulse flakes here and the label showed it has like 4 times the amount of potassium than sodium. That confused me since I (for some reason) thought that high sodium seaweeds/foods would be less in potassium. But I started using it anyway. Juiced and made smoothies with all the vegetables you listed and used much more of them than I normally would have.
Much better!! That horrible "thirst" has slackened off. I'm almost up to 1/2 gallon a day again:)
